Safety first

 

You must wear a life jacket at all times in the boat. Many of us use a PFD with an inflation canister since these are less bulky.

 

Enter and exit the boat one at the time. Allow someone to assist you while getting into and out of the boat.

 

Do not stand up in the boat. Occasionally the coach needs to move paddlers once we have left the dock. Wait for specific instructions before moving.

 

No alcoholic beverages allowed on the dock or in the boat.
